Hi everyone!  I hope you're all doing great.  I haven't been on dA for a while and therefore haven't been viewing and commenting on your wonderful art, nor responding to favs, devwatches and your messages.  I'm sorry for that.  I miss you guys a lot.  Now that I'm done building the website I've been developing, hopefully I'll have more time to spend back here on dA.

Anyway, I have a couple of announcements, so here goes.

New Website!

Photobucket

www.mchozers.com is what I've been working very hard on while I've been away and it has just been launched.  I would love for all of you to come and visit the site.

We have decided to refocus McHozer Comics' efforts toward publishing our comics on-line through the new site, and distribute print copies on demand in trade paperback format as material accumulates.  This means that you can read our comics as each page is produced and purchase a print copy when it comes out if you so choose.  With the site, we are also hoping to attract talent to join our ranks, so if you're interested in producing comics or even self-publishing, give me a shout.

beta-testers needed

With the new site, I'm looking for people to help beta-test.  It isn't a big task.  I just need people to let me know if they see something that isn't working properly or if they have suggestions to improve it.  The site is very much still a work in progress, so any help any of you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
If you are interested, please go to www.mchozers.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=register and register to our forum.  Then make a request to join the beta testers group at mchozers.com/forum/ucp.php?i=175.  After that, you'll be able to post your sagely advice (or flame my html/css/php coding skills) in the beta-testers forum.

(Btw, if anyone needs web-development help, send me a note or email.  I've gotten pretty proficient with the in's and out's of web-development.)

Wizard World Toronto Comicon

The con season has really crept up on us early this year with the addition of Wizard World Toronto.  It is this coming weekend, March 26-28.  Their site is www.wizardworld.com/toronto.html.  If you're planning to go, please drop by and say hi!  If you let me know by commenting here, I'll make sure to look for you.

Everything else

Man, nothing for months and now this wall of text.... I apologize.
Anyway, commissions are still open, and I'm still taking requests for free sketches.

Bye for now.  Thanks for reading and for all the support you guys give me!

Great site!! Of course I'd love to help out beta test. I just hope I can provide beneficial feedback with the time I put into it.

Have you guys worked on any comics for the cons lately? I've been looking forward to an update of the blue gremlin :XD: ... or maybe you already have and I've just been out of the loop.
